Terms of Use
The rules for using SoSo.ielts. By registering, you accept them.
1. General
This is an agreement between you and [Ф.И.О. владельца или название ИП/ООО] (“we”) on the use of the SoSo.ielts website (the “Site”). By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What SoSo.ielts is
An online platform for preparing for the IELTS exam on your own: practice tests, statistics, a vocabulary tool and essay checking by artificial intelligence.
SoSo.ielts is not connected with or approved by the British Council, IDP or Cambridge University Press & Assessment. IELTS is a registered trademark of its owners. Bands on the Site are estimates for practice, not official results. We do not guarantee that you will get any particular band in the exam.
3. Your account
- You may register if you are 16 or older. If you are younger, you need the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- To use the Site, you must connect Telegram through our bot and subscribe to our channel. One Telegram, one account.
- One account is for one person. Do not share your password or account.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account. If someone gets access to it, tell us straight away.
- Your nickname must not be offensive or pretend to be another person.
4. Free access and Premium
The main features are free and may have limits, for example on the number of tests or essay checks per day. We may change which features are free.
Paid access (Premium) will be provided under a separate public offer, which we will publish when sales begin. It will state the price, the access period and how payment and refunds work.
5. What is not allowed
- copying, bulk downloading, publishing or selling Site materials: texts, questions, answers or audio;
- using bots, scripts or other automated access;
- trying to hack the Site or get around its limits;
- creating several accounts to raise your leaderboard position;
- insulting other users.
If you break these rules, we may limit your access or delete your account.
6. Materials and copyright
Site materials (texts, questions, audio, design and Arnold the mascot) are protected by copyright and are for your personal preparation only.
Your essays and answers belong to you. You allow us to store and process them to show you your results and check your essays.
If you are a rights holder and believe that something on the Site infringes your rights, write to [email для обращений], naming the material and attaching proof of your rights. We will review the request and, if it is confirmed, remove the material.
7. Checking by AI
Essays are assessed automatically by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini or other models through OpenRouter). An assessment may contain mistakes and does not replace a teacher or examiner, so please do not base important decisions on it. If an assessment seems wrong, tell us.
8. Liability
We try to keep the Site working without failures or errors but cannot fully guarantee this: maintenance and interruptions are possible. To the extent allowed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, we are not responsible for your exam result or for decisions made on the basis of the Site’s estimates.
9. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time: Profile, then “Delete my account”. We may block or delete an account that breaks these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. We try to settle disputes by negotiation, and if that fails, in court in the manner set by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
11. Changes and contacts
We may change these Terms and will announce significant changes on the Site. If you keep using the Site after a change, it means you accept it.
Contacts: [email для обращений], [Telegram для обращений].
